Slash is the Academy's masterpiece and the foundation of every YAC format, which always has a social component: it's a shame to learn masterpieces and not know how to show them. In the AI version the method changes tool: you work from your phone, with artificial intelligence, on your salon's real data. Day one you tell who you are — positioning, bio, the right post; day two you work like a business — the salon seen from outside, the difficult client at the chair, the team meeting, what an hour of your chair costs — and in the end you take home an assistant built on you. We're not social media managers: we're hairdressers who live the salon, and we speak your language. Every exercise ends up in your personal book, «The salon and the machine».
